Summary : The Condé gallo-roman settlement in Nimes showed an important dumping ground fauna, with different types of dogs and the use of cattle for alimentary and craft purposes. The whole fauna reveals the traditional alimentary habits in a city marked by the romanization of the south of Gaul.
