Authors : D. ROBIN, M. DELVERDIER, I. RAYMOND, E. ASIMUS, D. MATHON et A. AUTEFAGE.
Summary : Clinical and histopathological findings in a six years old female dog with granulomatous meningoencephalomyelitis are described. The clinical course was progressive, with the major neurological signs being referable to the cortical area of the brain. Histological examination of the brain revealed a multifocal granulomatous meningoencephalitis associated with large perivascular cuffs of mononuclear cells and numerous granulomas in the white matter, the grey matter and the meninges. The etiology of this disease is reviewed.
