Title :	Carcinogenic risk assessment of mycotoxins

Summary :	This manuscript presents the criteria used by IARC for the evaluation of the carcinogenicity to animals and humans and defines the four groups that were established for the classification of the compounds. The information which contributed to the carcinogenic classification of aflatoxins and ochratoxin A are presented together with the latest summary of the evaluations for 16 other mycotoxins and 3 groups of mycotoxins.
